Terms of Service

1. The service
LoopCodeLab turns your ideas into working software: you describe what you want, and AI agents plan, build, review, and ship it. The service is provided by the LoopCodeLab team ("we"). By creating an account or using loopcodelab.com you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk.
3. Included and connected models
Included builds use models approved by the service administrator. BYO builds run with AI provider credentials you connect (your "keys"); those providers’ terms and billing apply. We store connected keys encrypted and use them only for work you request.
4. Your content and code
You own what you make. Ideas you submit, assets you upload, and the code and outputs your builds produce belong to you. Builds are pushed to your own GitHub account where you control them. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (running builds, hosting previews you create).
5. Acceptable use
Do not use LoopCodeLab to build or distribute anything unlawful or harmful, including malware, phishing, harassment campaigns, or content that infringes the rights of others. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, other tenants, or the machines it runs on. Included-build and host safety limits keep the service healthy.
6. Previews and delivery
Preview subdomains and delivery pipelines are conveniences, not guaranteed hosting. Production use of what you build is your responsibility.
7. Beta status and paid plans
The service is in beta: features may change, and paid checkout is not yet enabled. When paid plans launch, their terms and prices will be shown at purchase.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI generated code can be wrong, so review it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Your code remains in your own GitHub repositories either way.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
