Refund Policy

1. Beta status
During the beta every account is free and no payments are taken, so there is nothing to refund yet.
2. When paid plans launch
Paid plans will be billed monthly or annually. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
3. Money back window
New paid subscriptions include a 14 day money back window. If LoopCodeLab is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
4. What is not refundable
Amounts billed by your own AI providers for model usage are between you and them, and are never charged or refunded by us. Charges older than the money back window are not refundable, though you can still cancel to stop future charges.
5. How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account and we will process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
