Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. What we collect
Your account email, name (optional), and password (stored only as a salted scrypt hash). Build metadata: project names, ideas you submit, build status and logs. Basic operational logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
2. Your AI keys
Provider keys you connect are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) and used solely to run the builds and features you invoke. We never resell, share, or train on them. You can remove a key at any time in Settings.
3. Your code and prompts
What you build is yours. Prompts and project content are sent to the AI providers you connect, under their terms, so choose providers you trust. Build repositories live in your own GitHub account.
4. What we do not do
No advertising, no selling data, no third-party tracking cookies. The session cookie (wt_session) exists only to keep you signed in.
5. Email
We send transactional email (verification, account notices) from noreply@loopcodelab.com via our own mail server, and occasional product announcements. No marketing lists are shared with anyone.
6. Where data lives
The service runs on our own servers in the EU. Self hosted installations keep all data on your own machine.
7. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your data from the control database and revoke your workspace; repositories in your own GitHub account are untouched (they are yours).
8. Changes and contact
Material changes to this policy will be announced by email or in the app. Privacy questions: hello@loopcodelab.com.
